it's a good app but very new, and they could've tested it a bit more before publishing. Feels kind of like an open beta right now, to be honest. The devs are obviously working hard though, it's getting better by the week it seems. Some bugs: - Live tracking works badly, doesn't work most of the time - When the roomba gets stopped for whatever reason it forgets what kind of program it was doing and starts doing something else

Decent app definitely an improvement over the old one. Still pretty bare Bones but gets the job done. Love that you can select all your rooms and give them names

App is a little slow, but initial room mapping was fast. App is lacking simple elements like schedule naming (uses the scheduled time as name), changing cleaning levels during a cycle and applying one custom room setting to all rooms assigned to a schedule. Also lacking is the ability to see/edit cleaning settings (vacuum only, vacuum + mop, vacuum then mop, suction level) that have previously been assigned to a room in a schedule. Hopefully these things will be added soon.

Roomba 205 Vac on 5/5/25: This app would best be described as in a Pre-Alpha state. Nearly none of the features expected/advertised are present and if they are present, they do not work. The robot can map out a single area and you better hope it does it perfectly as you cannot edit maps to merge rooms or create keep out zones or split rooms or do anything really. Additionally, it does not save or remember cleaning routines or track progress. So far, the app only tells current battery level.

Irobot has a different app for its older robots which offers way more control for those models. As of 4/20/25 this Roomba Home app, doesn't allow editing of schedules, so you can add, reorder or delete individual rooms. You can't change the vacuum intensity or the number of passes on existing schedules, you can't tell a robot to empty its bin if you want to. First level support seems like they have no hands-on experience using these new products. Very disappointing so far in all these areas.
