★★★★★
An incredible savings! I recently traveled to Florida recently and needed a hotel room. With roomer travel, I was able to find a cheap hotel rate for travel. Not only is this app a great deal finder but also it is the best hotel finder.
★★☆☆☆
Horrible The app booked a room for me that was taken already. Was notified at 6pm the day before the trip saying it was full and there were no other rooms available. I finally had to book the only available hotel in the area myself which was hundreds dollars more a night. I spoke with vast employees, supervisors, and managers and they only would offer me a $40 voucher for their mistake which cost me hundreds of dollars more. Poorly run company due to the software, employees and senior leadership.
★★☆☆☆
No reservation We called the hotel when we landed. They didn't have our reservation. We had to take a pricey hotel at the airport
★★☆☆☆
First booking, poorly handled. Today I booked a room for the weekend. However I received an email saying that it had been cancelled due to my reservation being fraudulent. They say I was called to confirm the booking and I had not answered. I have nothing in my call log and no text messages to say I had missed a call. I had my phone on and heard the email come in, no call. They will not admit their mistake. They called the wrong number. Rogers however can confirm that I didn't get any incoming calls today.
