Misleading Virtual Care Information. On their website it clearly states "a flat rate of $69" per visit. No asterisks or see details to see hidden costs. I was shocked a month later when I began getting bills for almost $200 from this place after I already paid for my visit. I called billing and was told that you have to go into the "frequently asked questions" to find out about their hidden upcharges for follow-ups, prescriptions, and labs. What a scam!!!!!

This is an update to previous rating: Until your credit card is successfully charged you do not actually get in queue. After waiting 40 minutes for the queue to NOT change, I cancelled. App specifically stated that credit card will not be charged if cancel. Now I am having to waste for time getting the credit card company involved to get my money back.
