★★★★★ Very user-friendly. I can't get used to your printed statements. Chesapeake Bank's statements were much easier to read.

★★★★★ Always dependable and handy. Useful banking items with a clean UI. Fingerprint locking ability makes use for quick checking, and immediate card locking through the app makes for ease of mind.

★★★★★ Would like to see the Belle app within my account to have another bank a/c for transfers between banks. Otherwise it is much easier to use for all bank transactions. I am quite pleased with it Never a problem. Simple and easy to use.

★★☆☆☆ The vendors they use for debit cards is horrible. I waited almost a month for two debit cards

★★☆☆☆ Nothing but issues since the latest update. Takes forever to update my balances, when it actually decides to update them. Most times I get a 'sync failed' message.

★★☆☆☆ This bank is the most racist bank. If you are black do not, do not do your banking at rosedale.
