Shame AI didn't write the program because AI will respond to your query. These jokers turned off a feature that has been perfectly working for the last 8 years for no credible or valid reason. It wasn't broken!!!!!! This feature was the Windows Terminal clock in terminal - programmed to 1500 tills in our group. With no notice, too. So now they say we will need a dedicated tablet!!! Or allow staff to carry their mobile phone, which is a security risk/ against our policy #rotacloud alternative

One of the most frustrating systems to use for staff. Every time an employee tries to start their shift or go on break, it shows “you can’t clock in from this location” — even when they’re exactly where they’re supposed to be. Despite several recent updates, this issue hasn’t improved.

Rota cloud itself is great but not sure what's happened lately with the app but to log in it ignores the biometric and just wants me to log in via web browser. what's the point in an app of going to do this via web!!!!
