RotaGrid: Shift Calendar

Set up a repeating work rota once, preview it before saving, and see every workday or rest day in one clear calendar. RotaGrid is made for adults who manage rotating, overnight, on-call, or irregular shifts on their own device.

BUILD A ROTATION YOU CAN CHECK
Start from eight editable patterns, including 4 on / 4 off, or create a custom cycle up to 42 days. Name shift types, add short labels and optional start and end times, choose an anchor date, then review an eight-week preview before saving.

HANDLE REAL-LIFE CHANGES
Open any date to replace that occurrence or add a private note. The change is marked as an exception, so later dates keep their original cycle position. Restore the calculated day or use Undo after a change.

SEE WHAT COMES NEXT
Use the month view for an at-a-glance schedule, or open Upcoming for the next saved work dates. Night shifts that end after midnight remain represented correctly in exported calendar events.

KEEP A PORTABLE COPY
Export the visible month as ICS for calendar import or CSV for a readable table. Create a JSON backup that preserves shift types, the rotation, and exceptions, then restore it through the system file picker.

RotaGrid requires no account and has no network permission. Schedule data is stored in the app's private on-device storage unless you choose a file destination for export. Light and dark themes are included.

RotaGrid is a personal reference calendar. It does not connect to an employer system, calculate pay, or send shift notifications.

Requires Android 16 or later.
