Customer service is very bad. I bought an automatic Max, and it broke within a month. It was under warranty, sent it back, and they sent another one, which was also bad. Now the warranty of this machine expires in July. I don't want this machine. Now I have to return it. We also have a lot of work to do, customer service wastes the whole day. There is no direct phone number for customer service. If there is a number, please send me the complaint number and answer.

Think twice before buying a Rotimatic. They are brilliant during sales with slick ads and big promises, but post-purchase care is utterly non-existent. If anything goes wrong, you are completely stranded. The in-app chat does not work, support emails get zero response, and you are left stuck with an expensive, faulty machine. Avoid falling for the hype.

Worst customer service. They never get back to you. There are a lot of issues in the Rotimatic Next. Inconsistent. Technical issues. Suddenly the display gets hanged in the middle of making roti. Then we have to throw the dough and restart. Regretting the purchase

Pathetic customer service. There is no phone number to call, and the online chat is unavailable most of the time. It is extremely frustrating when you need urgent support and there is no reliable way to contact anyone.
