I like the app, easy to use. However, it "crashes" quite often and does not record my driving. I haven't had a route tracked in a week. I have not changed a thing on the app, done updates. The last time this happened I had to uninstall and reinstall it for the app to resume working. I then lost all my historical data. Is there another fix that I can do?

Just started using the app, waiting to see how it goes. The insurance company Rep told me to come by their office if I have any problems. So far my app was started with the code they gave me and has started recording trips. We will see.

It's great helps keep the drivers safe. I just forget to change when I'm on the passenger seat or on the bike, because you can only change it once.

Can't turn on activation code. The phone member us 2 miles long. After getting a New code it's still the se, and it will not take it.

I start my driving directions while STANDING IN MY KITCHEN!!. But yet I keep getting a phone use violation time stamped the same as my trip start time and location is on my street. If this info is used by my insurance company Utica to set my rates, then I am changing insurers. Ridiculous.

This app is causing huge battery drain. I can't walk around my house without getting a notification that Routely is detecting a trip. Also wish I could turn off notifications, but if I do that, trips don't register. Please fix these issues asap
