Excellent and simple to use map system. Offline mode with maps from open maps is easy to setup. And GPX files are easy to add. Navigation is clear. Lots of settings for maps, and tracking. The going off route function is useful, and can be turned off in the settings.

It is GREAT to have a free navigation gation app for running! It works pretty well... I appreciate the alerts for upcoming turns and will look at the settings for alerts that can be turned on or off. I did keep getting alerts that I was off the route when I wasn't. I also kept getting a little tinkle noise with some unclear speech saying something about 50 meters. In a four-mile run, that noise happened about 8 times. Looking forward to updates, but love this app!

It has a weird issue. When I am on a trail, and click the android back button, the app doesn't go back in the first menu, where I can choose another trail, but exits. There is no option to go back to the first screen. If I want to choose another trail, I have to shut down the app and restart it. Very weird.

While this app does read KML files and will show the KML route you created on its map, it unfortunately will not give you turn-by-turn directions. It will chime when you have gone off course, but it will not speak out loud and say "turn left" or "turn right" etc. which is most unfortunate. Because of this flaw, I would not recommend this app to anyone who wants to use it while driving a motorized vehicle.

Used this app to get turn by turn instructions from gpx files made on another website. It is odd that I need to open the gpx from the file system and that opens the app. The app was very sparse with directions even though I turned up the setting to get more. Also, it said on my test routes (which I knew) weird things like "the route is 40 meters behind you. You are now back on the route." I was never off the route. So really the app is useless. There are others less critical quirks too.
