Have Been Using this App Since my Family and I Moved To Fort Smith Arkansas About 2 Years ago, and it has been wonderful. The staff that answers the phone are very Helpful and understanding when asking questions. The Bus Drivers are very helpful when you need to get from Point A to Point B. I really have alot of respect for the drivers they are patient and very Professional.

Doesn't load my area! I live in West Virginia and there is only ONE even available and then that doesn't even open. All the others work but not West Virginia. It doesn't even try to open. When I click it, it does nothing.

Can't open due to too many "redirects". Fix your app. This is very annoying. Not the first time this has happened.

Did not allow me access to my own location. I live in West Virginia, there's one and only one transit system available, and this is the only app that has the system on it. The PDF I found online told me to get this app, that's how little bus route apps have it. When I click on the link, nothing happens. I click on it some more, I get an error page. Click on anything else? Works perfectly fine! Problem being I live in West Virginia, and need the west virginian routes. Great.
