★★☆☆☆ 26.08 24. The "pay check in"facility has been working really well. Unitil this weekend when it says" we can't pay this in at the moment". AGAIN. From a bank that has closed ALL its local branches within an hours travel this is dreadful service. I don't use Twitter or Facebook as I don't think they are secure, so can't give you anymore info. I have rebooted my phone, app doesn't need updating. I don't want to go through a reinstallation app and passwords etc. etc. I'll use the building society !

★★☆☆☆ App alerts don't work, text alerts don't work, email alerts don't work, and customer service is unable to offer any help to figure out why

★★☆☆☆ I can no longer sign into my digital banking. I have tried numerous times. Rechanged my pin and password. Only for the page to never load or whenever I put in my new pin and password, it will say it's incorrect. The app is no down for maintenance.
