You can also pay for your order through the app, saving you time and hassle. As a loyal customer, you'll be able to earn rewards for free items through our app's loyalty program. Rewards - From the app, you can first view your rewards which are for every drink purchased, you get a facet. Fill the gem and you bank a free drink that you can use anytime.

I found the site very difficult to navigate, e.g. find: * A master list of coffees w/ rating (87, 91.5...), Organized By region, origin, farm (Africa) By expert coffee rating (85, 87, 91.5...) By size available (eg, bag, box) Cost per size (box, bag...) ? Cost per pound ? Eg: I want 50 pounds from Celebs, Rating above 89

App is not intuitive at all. There is no "submit" button on either the checkout screen or the balance-add screen. Instead, when you select your payment card, it just submits the order with no chance to review. The app should be re-designed to make it more clear what the buttons do.

I had this app, they did update a while back & got locked out. I've deleted & reinstalled several times including just now. Sign up only after reinstall, but says info I gave is already in use. No go 🫤. I've sent email to Medford HQ with no response last year.
