★★★★★ Generally OK but a glitch to report, and a feature could be added: 1- glitch: when searching for an address, if there are several at the same postcode, the lower ones are hidden by the phone's keyboard. It's not possible to scroll down beyond the keyboard; it has to be minimized, first. 2- feature request: having bought postage that comes with a tracking number, it should be possible to select this number from a list in the account, rather than having to type it in manually into the tracking box.

★★★★★ On the whole Royal Mail are good, but sometimes my parcels don't show up and the seller is adamant they've sent it and showed me the tracking etc. but still no delivery

★★☆☆☆ I set preference delivery on my app to my neighbor, but this was ignored and the parcel not delivered

★★☆☆☆ Have had the app on phone a good while now but all of a sudden the app is no longer compatible with my device - no issues with other courier apps. I rely on the app being disabled - Royal Mail doing whatever they want - I won't be changing my phone anytime soon - apps should be compatible for all phones - we ain't all made of money

★★☆☆☆ App is passable. The service though is deplorable, I no longer trust Royal Mail to deliver anything.
