Roy Roger's is a great fast good place. As far as anyone calling you back from corporate about my app points, they stink. I called three times, and no one called me back. I spoke with the manager Fred, he didn't want to hear anything about it. He just shrouded it off. This was the store in Brick. NJ

VERY disappointed in the reset of points on the app ! Now, to get the 8-piece Family Meal it is 450 points ! So, besides the occasional double point Wednesday, we must spend $450 to get the Family Chicken Meal ?!?! SHAME on you Roy Roger's for changing these needed points in mid-September without a heads-up to your loyal customers ! The least you could've done is started this on October 1st......the LEAST !

This app is terrible to order from. They way you select the options on a combo meal is very wonky, and it isn't clear your selection has been added. You have to add every element and then add to the bag. When it comes time to review your order, there is a bunch of unneeded info. Whoever designed this app did a very poor job, and it is hard to conceive that anyone within Roy Rogers tested and approved this app for use. It seems to be designed for looks, but not functionality.
