Rozaki is the one-stop shop mobile platform for on-demand labour. It provides flexibility and convenience by connecting short term job seekers and job providers by their proximity. Job seekers can post their availability or apply to existing job postings. Similarly, job providers (business or individual) can post on-demand jobs or apply to existing availability postings. A match happens when a poster accepts an application. Applicant selection is instantaneous where posters can choose the best-rated applicant(s) from the pool and automatic declines go to the rest. Once at job site, the Job Seeker and Job Provider exchange their system-generated match codes. At job start, the Job Seeker checks in by providing his/her match code to the Job Provider. And at job end, the Job Provider checks the job seeker out by providing his/her match code to the Job Seeker. Finally they must rate their experience with each other within 24 hrs of the job end. Payment processing for the job seeker starts as soon as the Job Seeker rates the Job Provider.
