★★★★★ App has the potential to be really good. Their customer support is real and fairly quick to respond. Really expedites the site survey process and pre-builds the navcan form. Once real time authorization gets implemented, it will be magnificent. Just wish they would integrate with LAAC as that would be really useful to have it work off a powerful system in place already and standardized. The navcan info fields also need to be updated with better entries.

★★☆☆☆ Never sends confirmation email. Can't log on. Also requires an use rid and Personal Info when there isn't even a reason to need an use rid. Deleting privacy invading app.

★★☆☆☆ Does not list my product. Not very user-friendly. A trial version would help to at least see what the product can actually do for you. As a government RPAS fleet operator I'm not sure this meets our needs as I can't see anything beyond a start page.
