★★★★★ Everything working great except I get zero notifications.

★★★★★ I love to have my money in Red River Bank, but there's a problem I have and seem like it can't be fixed, so I will do what I have to do in order to get my bills paid. I can't get my App to work on my phone and that's important to me.

★★☆☆☆ Constantly having to reenter login information. Fingerprint login never works. You have to sign up for account access all the time. The bank is ok and the app is next to useless. I am an online/app user, so it may be about time to change banks.

★★☆☆☆ Was great when I first started using it. In the last year to year and a half it doesn't work right. Sometimes I have to Uninstall, change my password to the account, then reinstall the app to get it to work. Then if I'm lucky it'll work maybe 3 days before I have to do it all over again!
