In the notification ribbon approve button is on the left, in the app the approval button is on the right. Completely unusable. /jk but fix it.

App is smooth, never disappoints, works fast and with easy authentication. I saw one of my colleagues use fingerprint to show codes, but I have to always enter pin / password. How to enable biometric like fingerprint / face auth? Update: click on the '>' option next to credential, and then use the 'reset pin' option. I'm getting only 2 options rename credentials, delete credentials. Not getting option to reset pin.

Poor performance. Multiple times in the past week the app won't load to the point where one enters their code, making me late to work. It is so unreliable I am switching to a hardware token. Update: I had to switch back to this software token, and it has worked without issue thus far (a few weeks)

The app keeps crashing every time I try to open it. My phone then requires to clear its history, but that will also clear my company access. I hope you can get this fixed.

Why does this app, during a push notification, after selection accept, gives me a 4013 error code nearly 90% of the time? I have to constantly open the app and accept it for security login. It's annoying.

The app only supports OTP and not the approval notification. Their website says it's not working in MIUI/HyperOS (which my Xiaomi 14 has) but it works in Redmi and Poco devices with the same MIUI/HyperOS. This is just ridiculous. Edit: Hi. It works in everyone else's Android devices with or without MIUI/HyperOS except mine. Hopefully you're able to fix it.

Push notification usually doesn't work. App loads very slowly 1) some splashes screen. 2) another splash screen with the moving balls. 3) another splash screen for the codes
