It comes up regularly for regular RTE Programs - cannot stream due to rights restrictions. I live in Ireland. So there shouldn't be rights restrictions looking at RTE PROGRAMS in Ireland.

Worst streaming app ever. Constantly buffering and can't just play where you left off. No wonder people aren't paying there tv license for a service like this!
