I'm glad everything's finally in one place now! However, there are still some issues and room for improvement. It takes 3 taps after opening the app to get my ticket open for scanning. On the My Ride app, it only took 1. This is a minor detail, but it makes opening your ticket less convenient and adds a couple of seconds when you're getting it ready to scan. I hope transit schedules and Live View are added as well!

It's an alright app. I really love the bus tracking feature and is great to see how far the bus is from you. The main problem is that its laggy and sometimes half of the app is not visible for some reason.

Very limited app compared to RTD My Ride app that I have been using for years. I see no reason to have another app. When I installed RTD Next Ride and tried to look at my tickets, it made me sign in with My Ride credentials and prompted me to "switch my device." All my tickets except the last one were moved from My Ride to Next Ride. I signed in back in My Ride, and it also told me that I need to switch my device, except with a warning that I have 1 device switch left for the next 6 months. Confusing

I've been using the new app for about two weeks, and I've mostly just had frustration. It takes more taps to get to the ticket wallet and view my monthly pass than it did on the old app, and half of the time nothing happens when I tap. It is so slow! Today the app was showing that I didn't have a purchased ticket in my ticket wallet! Eventually it appeared, luckily the bus was still waiting. Purchased passes should be on the main page or at most one tap away.

Incredibly cumbersome to use either a pre-purchased monthly pass (3 clicks) or the account-based QR (2 clicks) compared to before (1 click and 0 clicks, respectively). This app has many new features but makes ticketing way more complex to use!
