To update the wireless cadence sensor: 1. Connect Rubbee X to the charger; 2. Connect the App to Rubbee X; 3. Move/shake sensor close to Rubbee X; 4. Click on the "Sensor Update Available" message in the App; Done ! :)

This app does a good job controlling the Rubbee X. It is easy to set up and use and tells you power, battery charge, and speed. It also allows you to rename and select between different cadence sensors if you use the Rubbee on more than one bike (I forgot to switch once and my son was boosted even though he'd stopped pedaling because I was pedaling on my bike beside him!). Simple, convenient, does what it has to.

The app isn't so bad, but the customer service is terrible. Weeks it took for a unit I sent to them to get fixed for these idiots to say we are going to refund you? Like what? Buy a fully electric bike don't cut corners!

Whilst the motor is a cost-effective ebike conversion, the app is of little use. The speedometer permanently reads 0.0 whether the bike's moving or stationary. My phone has GPS, so why can't the app be connected to it? It's not rocket science!

It gets stuck at scanning for device. My Bluetooth is enabled, but it won't connect to rubbee x

Doesn't connect. Shows on phone it's paired and connected. But on the app it just keeps saying trying to connect. Never changes. Is a shame.
