Suddenly stopped loading anything, just popping up a ''something went wrong'' notify with no help button in sight. The website also makes you press the menu to open the login, but it doesn't let u close the menu to access the login after

Terrible interface, no option to change phone number and doesn't link well with uni societies. Would be so much easier if they didn't have an impossible app to pay for things with.

Can't get past the initial, pulsating load screen. How am I supposed to use this thing, if it's stuck on the load screen?? Yes, its fully updated (as is my phone) :|

Qpay runs misleading advertising campaigns and doesn't fully put the details of those campaigns on their app. The app interface could also be made easier for understanding.

My refund for a ball ticket never came. I've had to go back and forth and the qpay team have acted very poorly. I tried to dispute the original transaction, and they threatened to charge me extra fees stating it's in their terms and conditions. I then cancelled the dispute from fear of losing more money than I already had, and they claim that it wasn't cancelled, and they will charge me again. I'd recommend avoiding this company. My account is deactivated, and now I can't access my memberships
