Not a rules' resource, only displays descriptions. Also, if I put in "winged dragon", search should bring up cards with that combination anywhere in their name.

So I typed in "Mo" and Möbius showed up then I continued to type his full
name "Möbius the Mega monarch" but it wouldn't appear also happened with
other cards too

Used to be better I was much happier when this app's database wasn't stored online. Now I can't use it without an internet connection which is much more inconvenient.
