Run For Your Universe is an idle RPG on a cosmic game show where every death is a retry, and only quitting can make the runner's universe go dark.

Good evening, everywhere. Tonight's runner was taken from bed at 3:07 a.m. and handed a rusty sword with a paper tag that says WARRANTY VOID IF USED. Consent was recorded at 3:06, and they were asleep, which Legal calls a strong yes.

THE RUN NEVER STOPS
The runner can't stop, so they fight on their own while you spend shards on upgrades. When you close the app, a stand-in keeps earning shards for hours.

EVERY DEATH IS A RETRY
Whenever the runner dies, the Mattress Department drops a mattress under them, and up they get. One hundred deaths is about when you name the mattress, so we did, and it's Gerald.

BEDTIME MAKES THEM STRONGER
Every monster the runner beats earns Favor, the audience's fondness, and the big fights earn far more. Some chests carry a little extra. When the runner gets stuck, send them home to bed: sleeping collects the Favor and starts the night over, and you spend it on a web of 132 talents that stay with the runner from night to night.

TEN DUNGEONS
Most of them were somebody's universe until their runner gave up. Each has two Wardens and a Boss, starting with Dunstan the Sentinel, who wears a small crystal bow tie that nobody has ever managed to get off.

QUITTING IS THE ONLY WAY TO LOSE
A runner who quits switches off their whole universe and stays behind as an Echo, a gray husk with their old world still glowing in their chest. From the second dungeon on, one of them floats at your runner's shoulder and pitches in.

CHESTS, GEAR AND COMPANIONS
Chests go home to the runner's bedroom. Open them for gear, wear the best of it, and salvage the rest for Scrap to upgrade the pieces you keep. Three companions join for free along the way, starting with Gap, a stray station dog. The STORE sells outfits and a few more companions, including a snail in a teacup.
