There is this glitch where when I try to play a level it freezes, the sound plays but the game freezes, and it makes the game unplayable. I've deleted and reinstalled multiple times, but it still happens, please fix this.

Game is similar to run 3 on coolmathgames but has many bugs and parts that do not work like students controls or characters not having correct proportions Also here us a list of bug/glitchs 1. Ad tried load but failed lost progress on completed mission 2. Crashes as C levels are in game but not fully workable map 3. Character abilities are not explained well and sometimes don't work The difficulty curve also rises very fast so get ready

I downloaded it twice and both times the game doesn't respond. It opens, but it won't respond to any taps. I hit play, nothing happens. I hit sign in, nothing happens. I try to swipe through the different runners, and NOTHING HAPPENS. Someone please help
