RundownSync: Run-of-Show Timer

RundownSync helps you build an event's running order (rundown) and run the show on time by putting the plan and what is really happening side by side. Use it for weddings and receptions, ceremonies, corporate events, seminars, concerts, school festivals and any stage where every minute counts.

■ Plan vs. reality, at a glance
Your planned rundown (PLAN) and the one actually unfolding on the day (NOW) sit side by side. When a speech runs five minutes over or a video is cut short, the difference shows right away: late in red, early in blue, so you can see at once how the rest of the event shifts.

■ "How long left?" in an instant
The top of the screen shows the segment running now and how long it has run (NOW), and a big countdown to the next segment (NEXT). Once the planned end has passed, NEXT turns into "Over" and keeps counting how far you have run over.
An overview bar shows the whole event, a red line marks the current time, and a time scale on the right tells you exactly where you are. The screen scrolls by itself to keep up with the clock.

■ Running late? Adjust in seconds
• Tap a block to change the time of the segment in progress
• Press and hold a segment and drag it to swap it with another
• Press and hold the line between two segments and drag it to change a length (the end time)
Everything after it is recalculated automatically, so there is nothing to rewrite by hand.

■ Build a rundown in minutes
Enter the event's name and date, then add segments with a name, start and end time and a colour. Add them before or after the others; any gap in between becomes a "Blank" automatically. Save rundowns you use often as templates and start your next event from one (paid plan).

■ One rundown for the whole crew (paid plan)
Share an event with a QR code. The MC, sound, lighting and stage crew see the same rundown on their own phones, synced in real time. Others join by scanning the QR code with the camera or from a picture sent to them. Up to 100 people can join one event.

■ Made for the venue
• Dark mode, easy on the eyes in a dark wing or hall
• The screen stays on while the event screen is open
• Keeps running on your phone even when the connection drops (and syncs when it returns)
• English and Japanese

■ Plans
• Free plan: your events and rundowns are stored on your phone. All the features for running an event are included.
• Paid plan (monthly): events are stored in the cloud, with syncing across phones, sharing by QR code and templates. See the price in the app and on Google Play's purchase screen. Cancel at any time from "Subscriptions" in Google Play.
