I have a complaint. The window that comes down when you run out of moves comes down so quickly, usually in mid-tap, that I often end up tapping the option I don't want. PLEASE change it, so it offers a second window to CONFIRM the option you chose. Also, some of the ads won't X out. They take you to the store time and time again. PLESSE GIVE OPTION TO BUY AD FREE. Aside from these problems I really enjoy your game.

I am reducing the stars to 1 star. This game is great but it is rigged. Without buying gems you cannot proceed. Watching ads to get gems, but it does not reward the gem. Unfortunately, have to Uninstall. The developer is not transparent and trying to be sneaky to get money.

I am stuck on a level. When I solve the puzzle on a certain level the game stops. The only thing I can do is move the puzzle pieces. I have uninstalled the and when I reinstalled it the game started almost at the beginning. I'm right back at the game on the puzzle game on the board and guess what? It stopped. I can move spaces, but I can't reset it or exit out. I have shut my system down. The best part is, is that you can't get a hold of tech support.
