Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Interval running helps you burn fat so is nice to have an assistant in ur ear telling you when to run and when to walk. I will see how much weight I lose at the end of the 30 days and then update this review again.

I LOVE this app. The step-tracker isn't as accurate as an actual pedometer, but it gets the job done. I would not recommend leaving it on the background every day. It was a large factor that lead to massive battery drainage (even on battery saver mode), and it made my phone run hot. I might download it again in the future, but it's not worth the massive drain on my battery.

Horrible app. I asked for a refund because this app doesn't do what it says it will do. It's misleading. Supposedly gives you an excessive plan, but that was a joke. In less than an hour from purchasing, I asked for refund through Google but Google being the jerks they can be at times and not even following their own policies of refund which says if you have an app that doesn't do what it claims etc., and request a refund within 48 hoyrs, you will be refunded. I asked for refund in an hour denied it

I went to go for a run and realized this app was not what I really expected. I read the info wrong. I honestly thought it was like my running app before and would keep track while playing music, boy was I wrong. I still had to open another running app, and then I couldn't play pacific songs. It did stations. Honestly I get the sane thing from YouTube music and I get to put a specific song that really motivates me on repeat. Not only that I have to email to cancel my subscription.

So, you have to take a lot of time to enter all your information, then they calculate your program, then they hit you with the cost. Perhaps hit people with the cost first, so we don't waste our time since most apps are free.
