I have used fit bands for years, but this app is so easy to use that a child could use it. The layout and descriptions are so simple, yet allow you to make your own decisions as to which specifics you want to use. Now if there were a quick bit put in the app to keep the app updating routinely, there would be more people coming back to its manufacturer. The choices of the design are similar to goole's own app, saving space on the phone to prevent overload. Still a great app! Keep it updating!

Will not connect keep saying Bluetooth is off, and it's not and even though I have the settings for Fahrenheit and feet it still comes up whatever they want it to come up that's not right the app is useless it won't even connect with my email

Received FIT NUS tracker as a gift. It will absolutely not pair with my phone! I loaded the App first and tried to connect and nothing. And yes phone was visible and not connecting to any other device. I followed the directions exactly... 3 times! So now the watch is useless. :(
