Runner's world the running partner I have had for 40 years. The virtual app is a great parter for the paper magazine. Easy to use with great reads I read again and again.....and I never reread anything else. Amust for Runner's of al shapes and sizes.

Paper over digital but app toggles well through pages and issues.

I like having the RW magazine on my phone for easier access. Loads fairly quick, and it looks great on my phone

It seems I signed up for a magazine. I thought it was the running programs from the runners world website. I don't need a magazine. I want programs and tracking. Also hard time to login into your subscription. Wasted money

Absolutely terrible. I bought the digital subscription online, which to my understanding is supposed to give access to content on the app. However, I have never been able to log in through the app. So, I contacted customer support. It literally took them nearly two months to reply and my issue is still not resolved. Very disappointing.

I paid for the Plus subscription thinking that I would be able to access more on the app, but it does nothing. In order to access any of the online information, you still have to go to the website. I've tried emailing about my issues twice now. Both times, they just email back and say to check the FAQ page. I like Runner's World, but this app gets a big 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
