Absolutely ridiculous. I spent $40 on something that I can't even use. It's $200 for a year, and then it says 14.99 for a month, but it's 20 bro 🙄 it doesn't generate your videos almost on purpose, and it takes 200 credits for each video, even the unusable ones. The credits don't renew, and you have to buy new credits. Another $20 will get you a thousand credits, but it eats them up with failed videos 😒 I want a refund.

This review isn't about the website of Runway itself, but this app is absolute garbage. Nearly unusable. It's very hard to make AI videos or images due to the bad UI. You can't get easily access assets or anything. It's just poorly designed. What's worse is, the mobile version of the site is just unusable and the desktop site doesn't work well on mobile. Basically the site is only usable on a computer. The app is almost unusable.
