Excellent experience with the Rupeeflo. I have used it for notary service. Everything worked as expected and digitally. I liked the support and their customer first approach. Happy to submit the first review here. To be honest, App UI does require a clean interface and services section (ongoing services). But remember that doesn't affect my ratings here as big things take time to build. More powers to you. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I'm on the last step of docs verification, i.e. Video call. I wasn't connected to the video call, and it says - Notary call started. Please join the call. I'm not able to join the call at all. The app has some glitch. Moreover, I tried reaching out to the customer service, the link directed me to the WhatsApp business page. The automated text says, our support team operates from 9am to 11pm IST. Whereas, the fact is, it was 10:15pm IST when I tried reaching out to them. Are you guys serious?

Reducing to 1 star - payment constantly fails when using a US Capital One credit card paying in USD. Also, feels scammy - no mention of notarization costs anywhere in app or in FAQ - UI just directs you to upload documents. Why should I upload documents when I don't know anything about the costs. Support is non-existent. I will get my documents notarized elsewhere.
