Excellent Tool to learn Russian This is a very good app. One of the worst foreign language teaching techniques is to spell out the phonetic pronunciation in English. I like that this app doesn't bother with that. For that purpose, this app isn't total beginner, but once you learn the pronunciation of the letters, you can listen to the words spoken in Russian and get better at it. I love the challenge of reading the words and sounding them out. I love that I read like a child for the first time :) I like the way the word groups are broken up into different categories. Also, the way it will track words you mark as 'I know' vs 'I don't know' is a really awesome feature. The one thing that would really make it amazing is if there was a way to look at each word and associate it with a picture, instead of the English translation. Further, it would be extra fantastic if you could go through this app without seeing any English words.

There is trouble relating to voice, and it does not work...when I click voice icon it does not respond

After the update the voice doesn't work. We must download SOX tts engine after that we must pay for the voice and at least we can't activate the voice because this app doesn't work.
