I had to update/upgrade my Winegard Connect App version 1.55 today, as lately it stopped working or stopped working properly, and l found out, that it is no longer compatible with my Android 13 Smartphone! But l like this new Winegard RV Halo software much better anyway! Thanks! Keep up the great work Winegard! Bye for now, from Customer Dennis Gignac from Canada.

Had to return and rate again. Tech support worked with me over the phone and found the problem and even updated the app. Works great now and my connection problem is fixed Constant problems trying to connect to device after the latest update. Won't allow me to connect to my device. Can connect fine by the ip address. Even called tech support, and she told me that the app is supposed to be working and wanted

Save time get a Wi-Fi access point from your carrier or turn the one on your phone on. Horrible software not only app but the router as well. No updates to router. If you connect the router to a Wi-Fi access point because they do not provide internet. And the connection drops you will have to reset the entire thing to get it to reconnect. I returned first one and lost receipt for the replacement otherwise I'd return that garbage as well.

Here we are again. 6 months after I reviewed their last app the dev responded and sent me to this one, marginally better design but the same functionality issues! Do you guys test your products before you release them or are well all beta testers? I can't set up my antenna because I don't have any service? How am I supposed to get service if I can't set up my antenna?? No, thanks, gave my $500 antenna away on Craigslist. No more Winegard for me. Boo.

If your device has no internet the app doesn't work. Only finds the device part-time. Half the time I half to manually restart the device for app to find it. Developers just need to go back to the basics.
