★★★★★ This app is working the way it should. After a friend of mine used dedicated GPS and got himself into a tunnel with a propane tank, I decided to plan my trip on SmartRVRoute. Routes and maps are clear. I see that my route is right and does not go into tunnels. I think I will use it. Will write more about it after I am done with the trip. I see that it is a 48-hour money back. Not bad.

★★★★★ Very simple to use. This is the only app that I could use on my trip from Canada to Florida. It cost me only $19. This is a lot cheaper than renting GPS

★★☆☆☆ This application has lead me down many routes not appropriate for RVs and trucks. My last trip started with SmartRoute sending me down a road that has been closed for repairs for more than 6 months.. The ending was even worse as it took me down a road that lead to an underpass that was not wide enough to accommodate my RV resulting in a damage to the edge of the roof. I had to back up and drive down the road to a park where I could turn around and back track to the correct route. I later met with the owner of an establishment on the other side of the underpass. He informed me that many trucks had taken the same road and had to back up the entire road. I contacted TeleType to inform them of the error in their route and the damage done to my RV resulting from following their directions. TeleType said that they would correct the route, but do not pay for damages. On the way from Ohio, rather than taking the interstate through Morgantown to Carlisle, SmartRoute took me to the PA Turnpike where there are tunnels through mountains that do not permit RVs with propane. Therefore, I had to go over the mountains with steep upgrades and downgrades which glazed my brakes.

★★☆☆☆ ENDED UP IN ACCIDENT WITH FAMILY BECAUSE OF THIS APP!!! I put in ALL specs perfectly. I see the developer has an excuse EVERY TIME someone has tried to warn potential buyers of this, but LISTEN TO THE END USER!!! We ended up on a 2 lane road on a mountain coming around a curve that was practically a U-Turn, with my 37', 9" RV. The only possible way to take this curve was to drive into oncoming traffic with the front of the vehicle while the rear of my vehicle remained in my lane. Obviously that road is not suitable for my length of vehicle. Once i realized oncoming traffic couldn't see me coming around the corner because i couldn't see them, i didn't want to force someone off the side of a mountain upon seeing this very large vehicle at the last second coming right for them in their lane because the curve was that sharp with NO WARNING that i was forced to turn into the mountain damaging my rig. Then when asking for a refund, the developer DENIED my refund. Thank God I used PayPal which protects me!!! DON'T USE THIS APP that's supposed to keep you OFF roads not suitable for these large vehicles!!! UPDATE: I see the developer responded to my comment and this does not allow me to reply so I will do so here... I used the app on a 5 state trip. Not once did the developer ask me which road I was referring to when he responded by stating the fact that the road I was on was suitable for an RV (pay attention). Secondly, if the vehicle is not able to legally make a turn on the road, that road is therefore not suitable for that vehicle, and yes you can blame an app for that. How can you legally say Mr. Developer, that a road is suitable for a vehicle that's required to drive into oncoming traffic to make a turn? You should really weigh your words before you flippantly put them out there in public view and consider all the liability that you have. You could seriously face a lawsuit for this type of thing, and you're not doing yourself any justice by responding the way you do so carelessly. Buyer beware!!! These guys have an excuse for the very many customers that are saying the same thing. You would think by now they would start listening and realize that they have serious problems with the safety of their app.

★★☆☆☆ Thanks for the reviews when a app says free than wants charge you on the back side after opening it cant get any better from than on. Uninstalled before it even got loaded the first time
