User-friendly and portable—well worth the time and effort to learn how to use it properly. Have it installed on a Pixel and the fingerprint recognition is such an awesome, time-saving improvement for logging in multiple times per day. The newest version (5.4) seems to have made upgrades to stability. And being able to manage prescriptions from anywhere is great; I'm not sure how practices manage without having that easy access.

I just survived my first full year in 2022 practicing as the solo owner, doing televisits and mobile visits. I was first introduced to RXnt in 2016 at one of my previous jobs. At that time, the group that I was with I was really the only physician working, and we did have electronic medical record system, however it was through some other type of software. Not having a fax machine is driving me crazy. I have one picked out. They wanted paper rx's, teemed Rxs, but now they want fax to verify.

Streamlined from old version. Write new rx or refill quickly on controlled or non-controlled substances. Flawless since last update. Update-October 2019 Allows for quick access to fill/refill scripts. Most recent improvements vastly improved workflow.

Marginal at best. Clunky and not intuitive. Apparently NOT connected to the PDMP. The Home screen has 5 categories on top: "HOME", "RE", "PE", "RE" and "VOID". 5 options and 2 of them are the same! One stands for "refill" "and one for "recent" but you can't tell that. Really!? You couldn't come up with another 2-3 letter abbreviation for one of them? On some screens there are two different drop buttons that look different but have the same menu. Has the feel of something hastily cobbled

WORST app for prescriptions I've ever used!!! Most of the time it doesn't send the script like it's supposed to the pharmacy and medications placed in Matrix are supposed to transfer to their system, and they don't, it's not user-friendly at all!!
