it's been 15 days we are not getting notifications alert of any messages sent by school. Even after updating app, clearing cache & even after complaining so many times through E-mail...no action is taken yet.it's really frustrating to open & check for messages from school every half n hour so that we do not miss any important message. I request Ryan portal app to solve this issue as soon as possible.
