This app doesn't provide OTP very easily to the phone number which is registered .otherwise it's working very nicely all the messages are appearing on the time but OTP and registration process is a little bit difficult that's why I have 4 Stars

Pathetic app, it keeps on loading forever. The school has to find an alternate way to share the announcement and communication to the parent. It is frustrating to use the app

The app takes time to load and sometimes it says i don't have internet connection but I have my internet connection so well and the app doesn't even show the present date and late activities this app is horrible

Don't get any notification for any school update... for updates we have to go regularly in this app. Whereas we should get all updates notification on mobile screen

Very bad experience very bad experience Ryan portal has nothing no any information fees payments and nothing to do this app is for parents, but they did not give any information I think they need some improvement like class diary attendance and the performance and also fees payments
