The app is OK, but I feel it might be a bit confusing in terms of UX. The price is also higher with Ryde compared to Voi. With Voi I usually pay 10 kr for my trip home compared to 20 when using Ryde. This is because you pay for "unlocking" the bike, and it's very annoying. If this fee was removed I would maybe use a Ryde twice a day and I think Ryde would earn more on me that way because it's not always an even number I pay. The bikes are much better compared to Voi, and they are more comfortable.

Big data breach, bad security, doesn't care about their customers. Do not use, use the other e-scooters available.

Great if you have a balcony or private courtyard, as the company doesn't care if you hide a scooter there. Bad luck if you don't, as you will waste lots of time searching for allegedly available scooters to then waste more time finding alternative plans to get to your destination. The scooters themselves are new and have great acceleration. However, the suspension is super hard, and they are horrible to ride in cities with lots of cobblestones. Other companies' scooters are much more comfortable.

Illegal charges from 3 years ago + RUDE support. Ryde illegally charged my card for a false ride from 3 years ago. They even stored my payment data after I deleted it. When I complained, support sent a rude passive-aggressive message: "You'll find the answer from the earlier report :)" referring to a 3-year-old ticket. Back then, they waived the parking fee because my photos proved I parked correctly. Now they are illegally retroactively billing a time-barred debt. Total scam, avoid!
