very pathetic service got very much irritated and do not recommend anyone to use there service because they do no deserve it . they are a big cheater and ditch you on the last day . if you are trying to book a car form this company i must say that is just waste of time money and and they also spoil your plan . i book a ford figo order no 8732 on 23 may for 16 to 25 june due to some reason i had to modify timing , i keep on calling for 4 days continuously to there customer care for modifying and they did it on 5th day . they not even bother to refund the balance amount form which i also called them for more than 5 days after modification and on the last days they give a lame excuse that '' gadi to bihar mai hai hum apko gadi nahi de sakte aur paise ke liye 7 din lagenge transfer mai ''. somehow i managed a car from other company which is very expensive and i had very less choice . i had booked car from because they give it in the least amount comparative to the other company but must tell you they cheaters they just use your money .

The worst car rental service.Will never recommend to anyone. Highly disappointing and unprofessional. I wish I cud give negative rating and take my one star back. I booked a Terrano one month in advance and managed to get work off for 10 days after 6 months long continous job.These guys just wasted two days out of my 10 precious days by sending a faulty vehicle which had 5-6 major issues.We actually wasted our time and money to repair the vehicle to save our trip.They gave us another vehicle next day again with some issues and again we had to spend time and money to work it out which they never paid us back, even out of 5000 vehicle deposit they only returned us 1290

Worst app in playstore i must say to everyone don't use this frode company car for self Drive, because frist i read all information on playstore they wrote "we accept the cash also" but guys you can call them they not accept cash and second thing this app is totally worst app, cant upload image and anything like license copy and all, customer care support is poor and im thinking before im getting so much problems then after you complete your ride then what happen with us. Better is guys download zoomcar or any other app.
