Doesn't detect heart rate over a tattoo

Nice and simple app, but lacking alot of advanced features that may be expected after using other smartwatch apps previously. One major issue is that it loses connectivity with the watch often, so notifications and data don't sync or function until the app is shut down and reopened again.

At this point the app keeps crashing and all the steps advised to correct it have not worked. App won't open just keeps getting the error of keeps stopping, and I can't view or track anything. Pointless watch if the app does not work or connect with the watch correctly.

It's way too hard to set up a Rye watch. Have set up a fitbit watch and a cheap watch and very easy set-up. Sleep reports are very important for me, and I am struggling to get the information I want. I will have to revive my cheap old Aldi watches to get relevant data. Very disappointed

I've been spoiled by the Garmin app with my old Garmin watch. Comparatively, this app does nothing to support my watch. It is purely to measure fitness, but is the only app that's compatible with my Rye Wave watch. Unlike Garmin, I can't set alarms or adjust the time from the app, as well as many other things. (Though paired with my phone, the watch doesn't automatically update when moving time zones.) Rye, please make an app that is better support for my general watch usage.
