SA Group Text Lite: Bulk SMS

Send bulk SMS from Excel with SA Group Text Lite. Add recipient names, phone numbers, and messages to a spreadsheet, then use your phone to send personalized text messages. You can also select individual contacts or groups from your phone for group texting.

SEND SMS FROM EXCEL
Prepare your recipient list and messages in an Excel-compatible application, then import the file via USB or email. Start with a simple spreadsheet containing two columns: Mobile and Message. Example spreadsheets are available on the app's website.

Create groups in your spreadsheet and use a shared message or different text for each recipient. Mass texting from a prepared list helps you organize announcements, reminders, and customer updates.

PERSONALIZED TEXT MESSAGES
Use tags such as {firstname}, {lastname}, and {company} to give each message a personal touch. For example, "Dear {firstname}, welcome to our dinner party" uses each recipient's first name automatically.

You can also use custom spreadsheet fields for messages such as "{family} Family - Practice tomorrow at 5pm for little {kidname}!"

GROUP TEXTING FROM YOUR CONTACTS
Choose groups or individual contacts on your phone, compose a static or personalized message, and send it. Use phone contacts or import Excel contacts to prepare recipients for your next group message.

SCHEDULE TEXT MESSAGES
Choose a specific sending time and set the time range during which messages can be sent. To pause or resume a schedule, long-press it to access the options.

If the app closes while sending, launch it again to continue the sending schedule. You can also send messages that remain unsent and create sending and reply reports.

BUSINESS TEXTING AND COMMUNITY UPDATES
Send updates for small businesses, retailers, restaurants, real estate teams, schools, religious organizations, social groups, and events. Prepare recipient details and message text together in a spreadsheet for organized communication.

DUAL SIM SUPPORT
Use dual SIM devices running Android 5.1 or later.

SEND THE SAME MESSAGE BY EMAIL
To send a recipient's message by email as well, enable email sending in the app's settings and configure a sending email account. Add Subject and EmailAddress columns to your Excel file. See the sample-mail.xls file in the app for an example.

Due to SMS limitation, each app can only send 100 messages within an hour. You need to install SA Group text plug-in to extend the SMS limitation.
After download plug-ins, please go to your phone’s settings, then go to app manager, grant Send SMS permission to these plug-ins.
You also have to grant Run in background permission to the app and all plug-ins. Here's the way for some models to grant Run in background permission.

Huawei
go to Settings -> Battery -> Launch -> SA Group Text app
turn on Auto-launch and Run in background

Samsung
go to Settings -> Apps -> Special access -> Optimise battery usage -> All apps -> turn off SA Group Text

Vivo
go to Settings -> More Settings -> Applications -> All -> SA Group Text -> Permission -> Single Permission Setting -> Autostart

XiaoMi
Permissions -> SA Group Text -> Start in background
