I've been using the Pro version for many years - can't remember exactly which year I first installed it or what phone I had, but I suspect maybe 2010 or 2011. It's served me well. Don't remember ever having any problems with it. Two points I'd like to know, although I suspect the answers will be no, are, Is there a way to set the backup default location to my sd card and is it possible to copy the data to my pc in order to edit / use it?

Update 19-03-2025; I can't read or edit the note title because it's obscured at the top of the screen. Google Drive back up has finally started to work after what must be around eight years, so the star rating has to go up. There is simply no excuse for that. I really dislike how scrolling in a note when reading throws up an edit keyboard. How about a long press to edit? FWIW, I don't like the change to the icon. It changes the look of my Home Page & is unnecessary fiddling in my blinkered view.

Trying to scroll through a note is a pain. Keyboard jumps up and gets in the way. Also while scrolling, you can't just flick the note to scroll quickly. Two years on they still haven't fixed the scrolling issue

I've used this app for years and loved it. Lately though there seems to be no way to add a title to any new note you want to add, it just comes as "No Title" in the list. My guess is that the top banner showing "Safe Notes Pro 4.9.91" is covering the input box for the title. Even adding "Change Title" to the existing "Edit Note" and "Delete Note" in the context menu would work too. Phone is OnePlus Nord N10 5G, Android v11. The notes are pretty unusable without titles.

No scroll button! When you have to RESET your phone, or you get a NEW phone, ALL BACKUP INFO IS LOST NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY!!!. EACH BACKUP IS NAMED THE SAME SO YOU CAN'T KNOW WHICH YOU HAD. THIS WAS EMAILED TO THE CREATORS AND EVEN THEY COULDN'T FIGURE HOW TO GET MY BACKUP BACK ONLINE. THIS TRULY SUCKS SINCE I KEPT SO MANY THINGS LIKE: ALL MY ROUTER INFO, EVERY ELECTRONICS I OWN SERIAL NUMBER, alarm password, internal emergency numbers of police and ER phone number.
