Haven't started using it, but I connected through the app. Thanks to another reviewer. After downloading the app, go to settings under permissions look for location click "allow while using the app" then nearby devices click "allow". And it should connect you right away.

Works flawlessly with app, I have android 14, I like that it's more specific in times and modes, than just the 4 buttons available on machine, the count-down is handy in leaving it to warm the bottle and time management in multitasking. The only suggestion I have is a little description of what Setting 1 - 9 each mean, is it more time or intensity? I got my machine used without a manual. Otherwise, this unit is great, and the app is great.

Unfortunately, this app needs to be updated significantly. No connectivity or even recognition of your Brezza device by the app If you attempt to work around the app & connect Bluetooth directly, your phone will find it, but states, "you need an app to connect". Shameful since you pay an ungodly amount for a device that can be replaced by just standing the bottle in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes. Baby market is a racket, especially Brezza, & my wife has bought 3 devices...🤦♂️

I'm so irritated with this app. I purchased the warmer in hopes of ending my manual warming process. Once the warmer arrived, I immediately downloaded the app. Here's the problem, every time I try to open the app and connect it with my device, the app crashes. Like, seriously? Why is there an app available that completely does not work? Trying to connect it through Bluetooth doesn't work as it fails connection because it tells the app has to be installed and it is. Ugh!
