Comments on SafeNet MobilePASS for Android

★★★★★ Kyle Ross · Apr 16, 2021

So much easier We installed the app on the laptops, but when working outside the office we would open our session unconnected to go get the app. Being able to open the key on my phone and using it on my laptop before opening my session is a huge time saver!

★★★★★ Sinead Munnelly · May 17, 2021

Works perfectly every time, no issues, used by our company since start of Covid lockdowns by over 2000 employees

★★★★☆ Prathamesh Pai · Dec 17, 2020

It will be helpful if there is a button to copy passcode to clipboard

★★☆☆☆ 12 Nikita Jadhav · Nov 3, 2025

While I enrolling it is not taking re-token PIN. Nothing is getting entered in re-enter token PIN. Vey bad experience. Not happy

★☆☆☆☆ Gerardo Rodríguez Ortega · May 19, 2021

The worst design I've ever seen in an app. The enrollment process is a pain in the neck. If you swap apps to, for example check the steps or the password sent in two separate ways the app basically goes back to the very beginning. No option to see the characters you've entered so if you make a mistake, start all over again. It is by far the most horrible enrollment experience I've ever seen. 1Password app was the worst app I've come across but Safe Net is now the worst.

★☆☆☆☆ Mike Klebolt · Oct 7, 2021

Biometric instead of PIN would be ideal and on par with most other authenticator apps.

★☆☆☆☆ Jayasri Thangavel · Jun 6, 2022

The passcode is valid only for 2 secs ...is possible to use it... Absolutely useless😶😶
