Worked great for me. I tried it out and was able to see my testing/COVID status, find testing locations, and schedule/cancel a test. I did notice it is not connected to my Google > COVID-19 Exposure Notifications on my Android device. Perhaps it uses a different exposure notifications platform. My WI Exposure Notification, from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services app, does show up in my Google > COVID-19 Exposure Notifications.

The app does its job of scheduling tests. However it crashes repeatedly and it drains the phone battery. It appears to transmit lots of data, although not sure what data. My phone keeps complaining that this app is unstable.

They got rid of testing appointments, which means in the frigid winter of Wisconsin, you gotta wait in line for a covid-19 test with thousands of 18 year-olds.
