Safety Check Pro

Built by a tradie, for tradies.

Paperwork and inefficient apps were slowing us down, so we fixed it. Now every check and report gets done quickly and correctly on site, and you get your time back.

EVERY CHECK, ALL IN ONE APP
Built-in Aussie compliance reports, ready to go: Electrical Safety Check (rentals), Gas Safety Check, Smoke Alarm Check, RCD Test, Test & Tag, Emergency Lighting, Thermal Imaging, Pre-Purchase Inspection, Solar Inspection, Make Safe (insurance), and New Build Verification.

Not one of those, or need something different? Build any check you like. Add, remove or rename fields to match how you actually work, or start from a blank page with the Form Builder.

WHO USES IT
Electricians running rental safety checks, RCD and smoke alarm tests, and test and tag registers. Plumbers and gasfitters doing gas safety checks, backflow prevention device tests, TMV servicing and hot water compliance. Air conditioning and refrigeration techs logging preventative maintenance, commissioning and refrigerant handling. Builders doing handover and stage inspections. Property managers and landlords running routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports, and rental minimum standards checks for every state and territory.

YOUR FORM, YOUR BRAND
Upload your logo, set your brand colours and licence once. Every report after that comes out as a professional PDF with your stamp on it, photos and signature included. Set it up once and every report looks the part, no tech skills needed.

DONE ON SITE, SENT IN SECONDS
Finish the check on your phone and share the PDF straight away. Email it to the property manager, text it to the customer, or send it to your job management software. All done on site, so there's no double-handling back at the office.

FULL OVERVIEW, WHEREVER YOU ARE
See every check for the whole team in one place: what's done, what's due, what's coming up, and what needs action. Pull up your latest reports and a map of every property. Get the full picture from the office computer, or check it on the go from your phone or tablet.

NEVER MISS WHAT'S DUE
Every check gets tracked against when it's due again, and you get reminded automatically. Book the next job before your customer even thinks about it. No chasing, no missed checks, no lost repeat business.

BUILT FOR TEAMS OR SOLE TRADERS
Whether it's just you or a full crew, it works the same way. Every team member gets their own login under your business account, and their checks sync straight to the shared dashboard. Each seat is charged at the same flat price.

REAL SUPPORT FROM REAL PEOPLE
Get stuck or have a question? You'll be talking to Mark and his team directly. Not an overseas call centre, not a chatbot. Real people who know the app inside and out.

TRY IT FREE FOR 30 DAYS
No credit card to start. You get the full app for 30 days with nothing locked off. If it earns its keep, subscribe. If it doesn't, you won't owe a thing.

Safety Check Pro is built and run by Mark, a licensed Victorian Electrical Contractor (Expedite Electrical, REC 25724). Made in Victoria, Australia.

Recent changes:
Reports your team filed now show who did the job. Open a teammate's report and it shows their name, not yours, and the PDF always carries their name and licence.

With no signal, a teammate's PDF waits until you're back online instead of making one with your name on it.
