EXCEPT ONE THING This app is very good. While Playback there is no fast-forward button to option in mobile App deeply needed. Security app gdmss has that option please add it asap my alot of clients are demanding....

Very poor app. Slow and laggy. Notifications come in way too late (hours after!!) Playback error on pretty much all Videos. Waste of time.

I can't get it to work. The DVR instructions aren't of any help. The website lacks troubleshooting help. There's an error code 43, but can't find what it means. The system went together fast and easy. Trying to connect and view with my phone isn't. My phone sees the Wi-Fi router and the DVR. The router sees my phone and the DVR, but I can't watch video the DVR on my phone.
