Worked for about a week and then told me I don't have an active subscription. Talked to support and was told it does not work with the Accountant's edition. Why not? Shouldn't we have access to the same features as our clients, especially with all the effort the sales team puts in trying to get us to migrate our clients to SBCA?

I like this app use it regularly. Synced to account. Lost some services' information but added when on laptop. Some improvements could be made but overall petty decent. Wondering if you could add somehow a calculator into the app version to add up things ready to invoice 🤔

Been using this app for car repair invoicing for 2yrs and been very happy with it, Suddenly I can't search for vehicle registration numbers that are stored within invoices, I used this function daily until now. I called sage, and they told me this function never existed and sorry we can't help you. I'm really not crazy this function has worked for 2 years and now stopped. This function has now been restored and app is working perfectly as before, Thank you to sage staff for restoring function.

Still no joy at using this expensive software..... still no response from SAGE can anyone recommend cloud accounting software that works!

Finally managed to log in to the app (a somewhat torturous process), but now having logged in I was utterly shocked to find there is no way to view the profitability of the business, no P&L reports whatsoever. What were Sage thinking when they decided to leave out such a fundamental feature? How can I recommend to my clients when I have to say...er, well, sorry the app doesn't actually tell you how much money your business is making? I know what my clients would say!
