It's good app, but it has one problem for not allowing to change beneficiary

I like the app, but its frustrating, I want to update my beneficiaries to change their mobile n7mber and change wallet transfer, and delete the other beneficiaries tht no longer needed, but no option, not like before ,

It's not good app we can't take screenshots, and we can't save transaction receipt and also not good rate price and too much tax on eatch transfer very bed experience with this bed app also not send to local bank not make any reacharg card also sim load and the riyal rate stop before 8 month same price 73 butt other app give him rate 74 or 75 it's not good

what's wrong ? I open my saib easy pay account, but I was surprise because my balance is zero in my dashboard, then I want to change my password but my iqama number, mobile number and my pin is error, but I check my physical card, and I balance inquiry in atm, I have a money, I think only app are the problem.
