Recent updates have made it unusable. The search and favorites functions are broken, keeps refreshing and showing the same few results over and over. Amending an order often causes a freeze where the existing order is not loaded in the basket but the discard changes button appears, have to force close the app to get out of that. Quite often coupons and nectar won't redeem. Customer service just says 'use the website'. That is not a solution. The app needs to be fixed.

Bad shopping app for Android. > VERY glitchy. > Having 2 orders on the go at once makes app go caput. Have to uninstall & reinstall. > Lots does not update. > No Categorizes of products in basket. > Cannot search products in basket. > Difficult & time-consuming to know what you have ordered or whether you ordered duplicates. > Think Sainsbury's may do this deliberately because they want you to order more than you need. > Lots more problems too.
